We’re excited to introduce Ease users to our platform. This program is designed to help Ease users explore and understand the features and benefits that Employee Navigator offers. Participation is completely optional; you are free to continue using the Ease platform as usual if you prefer.
A special note to General Agency level users:
GA licensing is not yet available, but you can still participate in training. We are actively working to add features necessary for General Agency level users. We will let you know when licensing is available.

Why would I want to be an early adopter?
- Early adopters are currently able to access Employee Navigator's Enhanced Plus platform at no cost
- There is no impact on your Ease license
- Ease licensees will continue with their current Ease licensing package and pricing
- Those who licensed both platforms before the Early Adopter program will continue their current payment schedules for both systems for the time being
- A license conversion program will be made as soon as details are available
- Using Employee Navigator will allow you to take advantage of one of our integrated partners to automate eligibility management
Steps to take to become an early adopter
Step 1: Click this form to initiate the request for access to Employee Navigator
- IMPORTANT: Only one request per agency is needed, please coordinate with others in your agency to ensure only one request is submitted. If you already have access to Employee Navigator, you may skip this step
Step 2: Complete the licensing agreement before training
- The request for an Employee Navigator license will be sent as an amendment to your Ease contract via DocuSign email
- Only 1 agreement per agency is required
- Once the executed amendment is received, Employee Navigator login credentials will be provided to the Premier User who will then be able to add additional users
- The amendment is not a new agreement with Employee Navigator but rather an extension of your existing license with Ease. You cannot terminate your Ease contract without terminating your access to Employee Navigator.
- If you wish to term your Ease contract, you must become a paying customer of Employee Navigator LLC to continue to use the Employee Navigator platform
- The Employee Navigator term on the amendment is the same as your Ease license term. Your subscription will auto-renew based on the term date listed on the amendment

Important things to keep in mind
Some key Ease features are still being integrated into our platform. While we continue to develop and test a migration tool to assist with migrating data, it is important to invest in learning about the tools of our platform.

Ease users should be confident in the Employee Navigator infrastructure. It currently supports 10+ million employees working at over 75,000+ companies who are leveraging a robust set of integrations.
Our primary challenge is going to be training. We currently train about 20 agencies per month. Ease has approximately 10,000 regular monthly broker users. These users have been gradually trained on Ease over the past 7-years. Training for our platform will need to happen in a much shorter period. Having your users complete the self-paced training materials and attend the training sessions is the only way we'll be able to support such a large influx of new users.
