These partners are newly writing to or upgrading to Employee Navigator's payroll APIs to join our EN Marketplace. Partners typically take ~6-9 months to develop, test and rollout their integration, and we typically learn new things about their system along the way. Due to this, Employee Navigator cannot provide concrete "go Live" dates for these partners. That date is unclear to us until the partner has progressed to the final stages of our implementation process.

Upgrading from our original V1 APIs to our modernized V2 APIs
V2 refers to Employee Navigator's second-generation payroll API. It offers automated imports for the integration setup process to replace the original file import, automatic fetching of payroll codes to map from a dropdown instead of hand keying them, and the exchange of both Employer Contributions to automate year-end W2 reporting & Cost centers + employment types to automate eligibility changes. These partners are actively rebuilding their integration to the V2 spec.

Do you have QuickBooks integration in the works?
Hi Erika! We currently do not, although I'd imagine our Sales team will have them as a focus for 2024-25. We have not had any recent conversations with Intuit at this time.
Hey Ryan, any update on the Quickbooks/Intuit integration? I was on a call with a client this afternoon (they use Employee Navigator) and she mentioned that she just did a session with Quickbooks and someone mentioned that they are integrated with Employee Navigator? I hadn't heard that so thought I would check and see if that is new!

We are not integrated with Quickbooks/Intuit currently. We have not had any recent conversations with Intuit at this time. I have a client that uses "GUSTO" which I have never heard of. They are a larger law firm that would like to integrate

Since there is no integration with Quickbooks...Is it possible to process payroll through Quickbooks, but upload an excel payroll reports from Quickbooks to E.N. for metrics and reporting purposes? Other competitors have been adopting this feature.
BAMBOO HR! Please add them. We have had three clients ask about this integration possibility in the last year and can't do it with EN.
Wasn't Sage an integration partner at one point? If not, has there been any discussions with them about integration?

Since we integrate with iSolved, I would recommend the group check with iSolved to be sure they are eligible to integrate with EN.
Is Paycom an anticipated upcoming integrated payroll vendor?

For these recent questions:
1. Automatic Payroll Systems is in beta testing at this time. We anticipate this integration going Live on our EN Marketplace in May/early June.
2. For Paycom, we have not had any recent conversations with their team. They are certainly a partner we'd like to join our marketplace. Any updates on Bamboo HR Integration? It is definitely needed. Is the process in the court of Employee Navigator or with Bamboo?

I am about to lose an existing group because we can't integrate Payroll with Bamboo HR. We really need you to make this happen.
So if we currently have Employee Navigator and use QuickBooks and QuickBooks Time for payroll. Can we use the Employee Navigator ADP Run app to integrate with QuickBooks Time for Payroll Processing?

Can't move our Ease groups with BambooHR to EN without the integration. That would be going backwards. We want to move all our groups to EN by EOY.
Is there any progress being made on BambooHR? It sounds like there is a lot of interest in the marketplace based on all the comments. We have clients interested in integrating as well. Thank you.

To confirm:
1. We have met with Bamboo and they are currently scoping out the effort to write to our payroll apis to join the EN Marketplace. We are currently pending a reply from their team to move forward.
2. For Restaurant 365, they are in the final stages of testing and will go live in the next 2-3 months.
3. For Gusto and Paycom, we have not heard from them at this time in terms of an interesting in joining our marketplace to integrate their payroll with Employee Navigator.
This is a recurring theme, but Bamboo HR is a MUST, particularly given the migration from EASE.
The other one we get alot of request for is Gusto.
Payroll integration is becoming a "non-negotiable" and with these two not part of the platform, it is pushing clients to not use EN.
